Refunds & Returns

Returns:
Domain Home Supply wants to support you and your home improvement projects, so we refund customers under the following stipulations and return requirements.

1. You must contact our support team via email (support@domainhomesupply.com) to initiate a return so we can assist you further and provide you with an RMA # for return shipment referencing. 
2. Returns are accepted in the original packaging, showing no indication that the package was open, broken, or otherwise tampered with.
3. Returns will receive a 15% restocking fee from current product costing.
4. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping, handling, and shipping materials costs.
   4A. Note: Material must be securely packaged to prevent product damage. A refund will not be issued if the product is delivered to us damaged or broken; therefore, advise customers to insure their return shipment through the product's transport provider.
5. Any items marked as FINAL SALE, Clearance, Discontinued, or Custom Order will not be accepted for refunds.
6. Domain Home Supply will not issue refunds for samples or sale items.
7. Returns may take up to 10 days to process after products have been examined for quality.

Refunds:
Domain Home Supply will grant refunds if the above requirements have been met. Refunds will be issued a 15% restocking fee to accommodate processing and handling costs. After processing the return, it may take 10-15 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
